Provocations of rhetoric with a special emphasis on how to link “critical” and “new” materialist conversations. At this point, it is a way to think through a Rhetoric of the Future, a Rhetorica Futura, a speculation on what tomorrow might need rather than an address to the present which will always arrive too late. Concepts include Being/Taken; rhetorical availability; speculation; and the futurist tradition.
